- VAT
- All published prices exclude VAT.
- Booking increments
- Bookings are made in 30-minute increments after the minimum booking duration.
- Cancellation
- At least 24 hours notice is required. Late cancellation is charged at 50% of the booked amount.
- No-show
- No-shows are charged at 100% of the booked amount.
- Data handling
- Users export their own data at the end of each session. Local instrument storage is temporary.
- Payment terms
- Invoiced monthly. Payment term for new clients: 14 days.
